Operations Manager

Shane, as Operations Manager, provides the team with a vast knowledge of project management expertise and is responsible for project programing, management systems and project execution. Shane has extensive expert knowledge and skills in Quality Control and Assurance in particular from large industrial applications through previous positions.

Shane has extensive mechanical and civil projects experience. This includes green field project experience and large plant installations and upgrades from his time with Roadstone (CRH plc).

In his most recent role Shane worked on projects focused on health & safety, environmental and quality for Wood Group in the oil and gas industry.

Shane is a qualified Mechanical Engineer having received his Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Science, Information Systems Management from the National University of Ireland, Galway.
